Frequent questions about pricing
What exactly does €300/day include?
The interpretation server in the room with up to 2 output languages, the technician, the connection to the sound desk, loading of the industry glossary and the full transcript. Outside Galicia, travel is added at a fixed price.
Why is QR listening billed separately?
Because they are two different things: translation always happens on the local server in the room (the product), while carrying the audio to each attendee's phone is a VPS streaming service that depends on the number of attendees. It is billed separately so that you do not pay for capacity you do not use.
Is there a price for multi-day events?
Yes, a fixed figure per season with a preferential rate. Tell us the dates and the languages and we will work it out.
How and when do you get paid?
We confirm the figure in writing before the event. There are no hidden costs and no later consumption charges: the fixed price is the final price.
