Do we have to install anything permanently?
No. The server arrives on the day of the event and is removed afterwards. There is no building work, no cabling and no booths.
What if the room has no sound desk?
We connect the server to the speaker's computer and the translated audio is distributed over the local network, which each attendee listens to on their phone.
How much notice does the hotel need?
48-72 hours is enough for a standard event. For congresses with a specialist glossary we recommend a week to prepare the terminology.
How much space does it take in the room?
