What about the confidentiality of the meeting?
Audio is processed on the server installed in your room and is not sent to any cloud. When the meeting ends, no recording remains unless you expressly request the transcript.
Can we use it with participants joining remotely?
The service is designed for in-person meetings. For remote attendees the translated audio can be fed into the video call platform if the room has the right output; we assess this case by case.
How long does the translation take?
Typical latency is a few seconds, similar to the natural pause of a simultaneous interpreter. For the pace of a working meeting it feels comfortable.
Do we need a large meeting room?
No. It works the same in a small room: the server is the size of a laptop and participants listen on their own phone or computer.
